Using hypnotherapy or behavioural therapy, sometimes in combination, we can help deal with anxiety, phobias, pain management and undesired habits such as nail biting and smoking. Therapy is useful in the management of panic attacks and low self-confidence. Physical symptoms which respond well include irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, psoriasis and eczema.

No two people are alike, though they may present with the same or very similar issues. The path your therapy will take will be discussed at the free initial consultation, please allow about 30 minutes for this when you attend. Sometimes people come along who, for various reasons, do not like the idea of hypnosis. If, after discussing the options you decide it's not for you, then we can use a purely cognitive approach to your therapy. Either way, you will be in control of what happens at every step.
